About
In memory of Ivete Marchi (1963-2025)
The last words seem to be something of tremendous importance. Some last words are whimsical, some are desperate, some are jarring. The last words are in a way a person’s final concious act in life.
Once you start to read notable people’s last words you simply don’t stop. What were Julius Caesar’s last words? What were James Brown’s? Saint Joan of Arc? Elvis? Napoleon?
So I decided to make a site - this site - that would show the last words of a random personality or historical figure every time we visit its home page.
This site was made with Hugo and its theme is based on Lugo.
Most last words and pictures were extracted from wikipedia.
Site created, coded and maintained by Caio Amaral.
